Blacksmithing 101 with Glen - 5/4/25, 5/11/25, 5/18/25

This three-part class will introduce the students to the basic forging techniques, including safety in the forging area. 

Students will learn to use the basic tools in the blacksmith shop and how to use them properly. 

Students will learn the basic forging principles to manipulate steel: drawing, tapering, twisting, bending, scrolling, isolating material, upsetting, splitting, cutting, punching and drifting holes, and rounding square stock.
